The initial consultation fee of ₹199 is strictly non-refundable. This fee compensates our Health Experts for their time, evaluation, and professional medical advice, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with our 90-day treatment course or not.

The 90-day refund guarantee applies ONLY to the core cost of the medicines. In the event of a valid refund claim, the ₹199 consultation fee, applicable GST, and courier/shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Piles require consistent care. To be eligible for this guarantee, you must complete the entire 90-day treatment course without any gaps. Furthermore, you must strictly follow the customised diet chart provided by our experts and participate in our mandatory 15-day follow-up calls. Consumption of restricted foods (junk/spicy items) or ignoring follow-up calls will immediately void this refund guarantee.

If you do not experience improvement after strictly completing the full 90-day course, you must provide a valid prescription or medical report from a registered medical practitioner (MBBS/MD). The report must confirm that your piles condition/grade has shown no signs of improvement.

To process your refund claim, you must courier all empty medicine bottles back to our official facility at your own expense. Once we receive and verify the empty bottles, your eligible refund amount will be credited to your original payment source or bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
