Shipping Policy

At Radhe Ayurveda, we aim to provide hassle-free and timely delivery of products to our customers. We maintain inventory of all the products that we sell on our website and thus can assure that the product will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. However, in some cases, unavoidable circumstances and delays can make the deliveries slightly longer.

We aspire to get your product delivered at your doorstep within 4 to 6 days. On Sundays and Holidays, the orders are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times such as holidays, there can be processing and shipment delays. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require 1 or more additional days to deliver.

As soon as the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox. Once the order is processed and dispatched from the warehouse, we will email you the details such as tracking number and the link to track your order. If you are a registered user, you can log into the “My Account” section of the website and directly view your order details.

We offer free shipping for orders equal to or above INR 499. However, if your order is less than INR 499, there will be a shipping charge of INR 80.

Our courier partners will give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure that you are available to receive the calls because after 3 failed call attempts, an email reminder will be generated and sent to you. If not responded, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

At present, we only distribute products within India and do not ship to international locations.

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can choose Cash on Delivery mode. With COD, you will have to pay the amount at the time of delivery without making any advance payment. The maximum order value for COD is Rs. 10,000.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery payment option may not be offered by our courier partners at certain serviceable locations. Also, COD is not available on some of our products. Thus, depending on the location and choice of the product, COD may not be available as a mode of payment for certain users. In such cases, you can opt for Online Payment Options.

  • In the event that the order is delayed or canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances, Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer.
  • Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) reserves the right to change its shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any discrepancies or issues with the delivery of the product, the customer should contact Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) immediately and provide all the necessary details for prompt resolution.
  • Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the product during transit, and any claims for such damages should be directed to the courier company responsible for the delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail while the order has already been “processed/shipped” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer has to agree to not dispute with the decision made by Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) and accept the decision of Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) regarding the cancellation.

If Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) needs to cancel an order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. In such cases, 100% payment shall be refunded, and the user shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user such as wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason, any extra cost spent by Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.

We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, and our shipping and cancellation policies are designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience on our website.

  • The customer can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. Any cancellation request after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted, and the customer will have to follow the return policy.
  • Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in case of any fraudulent activity or payment dispute.
  • If the payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used for placing the order.
  • In case of any issues with the refund, the customer should contact Radhe Ayurveda (radheayurveda.com) customer support immediately for assistance.
